In the month of May, my mother sent a parcel from this department to me in Germany. The woman did not pack the parcel correctly. I learned about this later from my mother's words. Since before that I myself sent the same shipment to Germany and the employees packed me correctly and informed me about why and how they pack. If the parcel goes abroad, then in addition to the box, they must pack it in a bag! What the employee of this department did not do. I called the hotline and was offered to file a claim and wait for an answer. 100 days have passed and no response has been received. For some reason, the package went back to Russia on day 98 and not to Germany to the addressee! The reasons were not specified why ?! They said that it turns out that we now have to pay the same amount for her as when she was leaving, because she was going back. This is their rule. About which I never knew in my whole life, nowhere is it written about it and no one informed us when sending. Very strange isn't it? But if you decide not to pick it up, it will become the property of the Russian post office after 90 days of waiting. They came up with a cool idea, well done. So my mom went to get the package, and what do you think? It is all torn, all the corners are torn there so that the hand will simply crawl freely! Upon receipt, the parcel was given to the mother without even weighing to make sure that everything was in order or that something was missing! It turns out due to the fact that the employee did not pack it correctly, they kicked it as they wanted and when this kind of look turned out they decided to put on a bag. 98 days, the package was on the way! I'm afraid to imagine what they did to them! If it was packaged correctly, I think there would be no such consequences. They did not take money from us for the parcel, they said that it was returned due to substandard conditions. And it turns out I just threw out 5000 r almost, more than 3 months. And I know that there is no point in writing to the mail, since they cannot be influenced, it is useless! But I want to warn people in advance. How many calls have I written on the phone in the application and do you know how they respond? To keep them behind, I ask the same question three times, and they generally answer another, as if on purpose because they do not know what to answer to this, since the fault is on them! It is very bad that no one is involved in this organization and no one trains employees, this is a low level of service. When out of a thousand operators you cannot answer correctly. Because he doesn't know anything. I will not describe how we filed a wanted list for shipments when there were no notifications for 2.5 months, the employee generally spoke to me on the phone, almost forget about your shipment, it hangs in the air, probably not a single intelligible answer!
