Expected the worst after reading reviews. I was even more pleased that the postal hall was large, neat and equipped with tables and chairs. There are not many windows, but the staff are professional - in front of my eyes they quickly dealt with the visitors. They behaved correctly and politely with people. Therefore, the highest score.

Hello, dear Russian post! I’ll tell a story related to this department. I ordered a parcel from the city of Novosibirsk, I myself am in the Moscow region. After leaving your branch, it turned out that the surname was incorrect. The saleswoman wrote a letter to change her name and paid for it. 3 days have passed. There is no information on my mail to either the rumor or the spirit. In my department we went to a meeting and offered to present a photo of the check and the application and then they will give the parcel. The seller, unfortunately, did not keep the check. When she came to the post office to ask for a copy of the check, she was told that only 1 employee can do this and she is on maternity leave. The mail officer refused to send the scan to the mail of the receiving party, this department has a tricky scheme of sending via KSU. Everything for customers)) Rather, everything in order to pat their nerves ... The employee is not configured to solve the problem. She sent a piece of paper and then she doesn’t care what happens. Not only that, she is still trying to justify herself by saying that it is not their fault that the last name is not the same. Yes, not them, but I paid money for this change of surname! You took this money, and then you try to justify yourself, like it's not our fault - it's your problems! Extremely incompetent employees are seated in this office. Not only that, digging into a bunch of reviews on different sites, I found cases where employees of this department took money for the same service, but the application was never delivered. I suspect that if it were not for my persistent persuasion, then my statement would have been lost in the same way. A huge request for leadership - teach your employees how to work for a client, you get money for this! As a result of my ordeals, information about the application came only after 7 days! SEVEN!!! When it can be done in ONE day by simply scanning and sending it by mail to the receiving department (I’m writing not unfounded - my friend works at the post office). And now I want to appeal to people writing the rules of this organization. I called the hotline and there they told me that the Russian Post has no regulations for such statements, i.e. there are no regulations on the time of their dispatch and there are no regulations on the method of dispatch. Those. it turns out that the employee can send this application in 30 days and it will be in the order of things - there is no regulation ..... Or, as in my case, the employee chose the longest transfer method, instead of doing everything as quickly as possible 1-3 days. How could such an omission arise in such a large company? Want more sales? Be customer oriented! I wish you success and prosperity of your organization. P.S. I look at reputation management in Google failed with you))) Although there are truthful reviews!

Disgusting attitude to customers! Rudeness! Rudeness! Constant lines! Operators are not competent. The worst department in Novosibirsk. She put one star, only because there is less, and BIG MINUS !!!

The most idiotic post office in our city. Not only are there always queues for an hour, so now they have changed the working hours. For a second, normal people work from 9 am and cannot pick up a parcel at 11. Surprise! And some, like me, also finish at 21:00 when this department is no longer working! When to pick up a parcel? And never! I ordered her so that she would lie in your department.
