Hello. I'm hearing impaired. Arriving at the post office to deliver the parcels (with two boxes) on 05/30/19, we were simply turned around from the doorway: we do not accept, call Monday-Tuesday. Sorry, I find it difficult to call a taxi because of the hearing.

In April they sent a translation from Volgograd to 630008 in-law for the anniversary of the translation, wishing to make a surprise. Next we send a registered parcel. Again, the notification is not delivered I call my sister with a request to receive in the mail . The parcel is jammed at the post office but it is not available. After several unsuccessful attempts, a complaint is written as a result of which it is finally located. Isn't such a service a mockery?

The postman does not bring the parcel to the specified address !!!!! People repeatedly brought my letters from a neighboring entrance ... out of 10 packages I received only 2, the rest cannot be found by employees of this department ... extremely low service, rudeness is solid ... a woman cannot tear her fifth point to see the package ... says not sent yet !!! Which one on x ... is not sent if the track number is already 10 days old when it arrived at the destination ... why are such mail workers needed ????

They work very poorly. More than one cash desk never works. Eternal lines and boorish attitude. Notification of the parcel came 2 weeks after its arrival. I do not advise anyone to mail Russia.

For the first time I got a buzz from talking with mail workers. Probably the best post office in town. Suddenly pleasantly surprised. Thanks to the staff.
