A cultural institution in the city center. Good organization of the exhibition in conditions of limited mass events. The place is only limited for the exhibition, there are not many exhibits.

The only museum in the city, where the exposition is constantly changing, while the canvases of famous authors are brought. The areas are small, but everything is well organized
