I don't think we will come here again.

Recently a successful jazz musician from Colombia, who lives in Germany, who performs all over the world and plays in front of an audience of 70,000 or more, came here. He would never have got to Kaliningrad, and his girlfriend dragged him to show his sights and see his homeland. Of course, he is interested in looking at a local jazz club and he came here incognito with a girl and her aunt, to listen to local performers. At first it seemed everything was fine, bought tickets, the price is normal, everything is fine and you can have dinner here. BUT, suddenly from nowhere, a damsel appears at the entrance and declares that there are no seats, only at the bar. (Here, of course, an elderly aunt, accompanied by our musician, will not sit and have dinner.) Strange, the floor of the hall is empty, the concert is about to begin, but there are no seats. Of course, we were upset that it was so. And then there’s another joke, the girl says that they can also sit at the normal table, but only on condition that we eat and drink more than 4,000 r. So there were places and there are not a few of them. What a strange business policy. They explained to the musician what the matter was, he said: “Let's go from here” and we left and had dinner at a restaurant near 3,845 rubles. Why am I giving 2 stars, not one - they returned the money for the tickets and the lady in the wardrobe is just an angel! Ah, Mother Russia, when you will have everything, like people ...?

We wanted to book a table for the event, the first time. On the phone it was said: 100% prepayment, come, pay. I called in the daytime. They didn’t tell me that it was necessary to arrive after 21:00. We arrived during the day and left, naturally, with nothing. Pub London does not accept deposits. Good. We arrived after 21:00 on the same day. It was said that we do not accept deposits so early. In the sense of? In your opinion, I live at night and at 1:00, on the way for a loaf of bread, I have to call on you to pay the table ?! They asked to wait until the administrator comes. They waited 20 minutes and left again with nothing. Disappointed by this attitude towards visitors. They wanted to take a table for 1000r and you would have left a lot more, because prices are not average even. But it costs good live music. And such an attitude - NO!

Listening to music is simply impossible. Something abnormal with acoustics. Maybe amplifiers are not needed for such a small room ... The food is not bad. The cocktail menu could be expanded.
