Perhaps the first institution of its kind in Kaliningrad. Public, not closed, unless of course compared with a paper shop. Great music plays that I really like. Tasty craft beer, which is more than 10 types, which can not but rejoice) Holding festivals, various parties and so on. A new interesting place in the city. You can play ping pong for free. The bar has craft and classic beers, as well as soft drinks. The atmosphere of the courtyard - we liked it! We were at the opening, a French DJ performed - there were a lot of people! As we were told, on weekends they drink and dance here, and on weekdays everyone just comes to play ping pong.
