On the recommendation of the magazine Gastronom we got to this unusual institution. Democratically, mentally, everything is thought out - from the interior and the uniform of the waiters to every drop of sauce in the dishes. An excellent wine list divided into groups - mineral, floral, full-bodied, etc., but if you are having difficulty, then well-versed waiters and sommeliers will help you in the most detailed way. The kitchen is a gastronomic explosion. Each dish is a masterpiece, carefully thought out yet alive. Your opinion can further develop it, which is very nice. Above all praise avocado with caviar with surprises. We tried all the snacks that interested us - not a single minus, each with its own nuances and surprises. For hot, scallops and roe deer are also very intricate and delicious dishes. Dessert black truffle - an explosion of flavors - porcini mushrooms, truffle, Belgian chocolate, that's something. I sincerely recommend that you get here, book in advance. A very creative restaurant.

The cuisine is super, truly a delight to the taste buds. We took minced meat, ceviche, roe deer and halibut - everything was delicious! The feed is super. The waiters know the menu and can tell you in detail about each dish. We didn't take wine, but there is a sommelier. The only strange moment is the large number of still unemployed escort girls. And I have one question for them: why are you madam, so smart, but you can't get into the toilet? It was somehow wild to see a toilet seat in such a place. But be that as it may, I will definitely recommend this place to friends who are planning a trip to Kaliningrad. Book in advance, the heifers take out all the tables. 😺😺😺

Beautiful interior. But the waiters are somehow nailed. All staff are not contact. On the first visit, the food tasted better. The second time I was disappointed.

A place with a claim for a high level, but in my opinion, it is very overrated. The long and tedious story of the waiter about the concept of the establishment for those who visit it for the first time is very tiring, I want everything to go more naturally. There are questions about the combination of products and I did not find anything outstanding in the dishes: if you take high-quality products, add delicacies to them, then most likely, no matter how you mix them, you will get edible food, and this is what happens in this institution. Feeling as if the wrapper that is being sold to you in this place is more expensive than the product itself.

Ресторан от создателей Соль. И там все-таки больше нравится. Тут опять фьюжен, интересные по описанию и по внешнему виду блюда. Но в отличие от Соли по именно вкусовым качествам блюда тут скорее на 4/4-. Неплохо, но перезаказать в след раз не захочется. Ну и шумновато. Цены выше среднего. 4т на двоих без алкоголя.
