Sell goods that are repaired in their own back rooms! The guarantee is given only in words and not what papers are not given. We bought a camera for 6700 rubles, worked for 3 days and just went out. They wanted to return it and they refused us, the goods were sold by a seller by the name of Zavyalov, as it is written on the check, the seller did not know how to work when we understood, he was distracted three times three times by other people who brought phones as collateral. And here I would like to draw attention to accepting phones without documents for any punks and most likely stolen goods and then selling them to people shove in and reject them most likely when people have problems because of phones. The director cannot do anything at all, as according to the seller Zavyalov that the director does not solve such issues. P.s. After reading the reviews most of this seller Zavyalov and wrote !!!!

Very bad service, they bought broken goods, at first they showed that everything was fine, but after a while the goods stopped working, they didn’t want to take back the goods, they only refused to repair according to the statement and they would do 50/50. The director of this network is not sane at all. When the seller came to the store for the first time, when we were refused a refund, they asked us to contact the director, he refused us with words, the director does not solve such problems! And as it turned out he was there, but when we already told the other seller about the incident yesterday, the store director hid in the utility room and from the seller we heard the same remark that the director does not solve such issues. I have only one conclusion about the store; full of holes as its director!
