In my personal experience, the staff is competent and always polite. not always the line moves so fast. as I would like ... there are traffic jams, but as they say. there is work to do ... and of course you can have more offices, or at least cash-in ATMs

Ordinary bank. Before the rehabilitation, it was certainly better: air conditioning, a monitor with information, an electronic queue and other benefits of civilization. But now it’s just a bank where you can keep money or take loans. There are convenient buns, and some of the conditions are probably better than their counterparts. But this is all individual. And if you take into account the service of legal entities - then the service system is very stupid: you can’t just pick up and come on a matter of interest, you must first coordinate the time with the manager and if it is convenient for him (the manager), they can accept you.
