I sent a parcel to Chelyabinsk from Moscow. For the second time, from the post office, I am sending them a request for a change of address. Need shipment to Anapa. Zero reaction. They don’t have a phone. And they don’t read email. Tomorrow is the last day of storage. Where the package will go is not clear.

The best Mail ... especially their boss sets a great example .. quickly and kindly .. surprisingly, she was surprised by the friendliness of the customers! Does it really happen at the post office)) and they themselves propose to set up receiving by SMS .. sms notification for 10 .. in general loyalty to customers is at a height .. The impression was spoiled by a young employee who managed to send my package to Tyumen for as little as 860 rubles .. only 3 kg and it seems to have forgotten about SMS
