Посылка застряла уже на три дня и не движется, работают максимально отвратительно, уже какой раз. Никакого сервиса по работе с клиентами вообще нет. Лучше бы частникам отдали мою посылку, я бы доплатил, чем этим медленным ленивцам.

I appeal to those who write negative reviews here and ask, at times, stupid questions. You start with yourself ... A very large amount of mail comes with incomprehensible addresses, and even more so with incorrect indexes. People who work here cannot physically know the whole city by heart (what's in which department) and every village or village, the name of which can be in 6 districts of our region only. I'm not saying that they work perfectly here. But there are still deadlines for sending mail, something does not leave every day, that's Imagine how a letter / parcel can travel around the region / city.

Someone had the idea to change the numbers of post offices. P / o76 became 141, and 141 became 76. Now MSC sends parcels destined for 141 departments to 76 departments! And these are different ends of the city! The delivery address is correct (141). When 76 dep. returns the parcel to the MSC, they send it back to 76 dep. or to China. Several parcels have already disappeared, because it is impossible to trace. Is the sorting automatic? Or they look at the address and ignore the postal code? And this happens periodically - does it depend on the change of chtoli?

The parcel is stuck here, and there is no movement since 22.06.20. This is what is called!?!? Who knows how they can be influenced?
