I came to ask for a statement in 32 office that my package did not come. A very angry woman, Elena Vladimirovna Rychkova, is sitting in the office. She answered sharply when I bothered her, was rude. Govorioa, that the application had to be taken at the department, although there I was sent 2 times to the post office. She gave a statement, I asked for a pen, in response I received: "I do not have a pen!" Yeah, well. In the end, I left with an empty form. Then she decided to return in order to find out the name of this woman, because it was not a good idea to treat clients like that. To mine: "What is your name?" said nothing. I asked: "Do you hear?" To which the answer sounded: "What, don’t you see, I'm reading !?" Please deal with the employee and teach manners!
