Mess, dirt! Recently I went to receive a parcel. The electronic queue is no longer working. Again in a live queue. Now the parcel has arrived again, and the department is closed and will open only on Monday. Men work here! February 23 is marked!

Instead of work, employees run around and take their own coupons and serve them. Called said to get a non-tracked parcel. When I visited this wonderful place, nobody turned out to be in the know.

Eternal waiting! The system of electronic queue is constantly broken. Operators seem to be selected according to the degree of aggression. The request to see the parcel by the name of the staff causes anger. You need to come to the opening or closing of the office, then there is a chance not to spoil your mood.
