The district police officer Saltykov "conducted" work on my complaint against violent neighbors at night. As a result, everything was written off to the nomenclature business (read "a bolt is clogged"). Apparently intuition told him that there was no violation and it was not necessary to question the other neighbors, except for violators, because no one would check anyway. To be honest, I'm not surprised, I just laughed. As usual useless. Only homeless people and we can catch.
