БОБО: Бокс, Кроссфит и TRX

Great workout for a good price. The gym is clean and has everything you need. I did private boxing training with Nikita for a week while on holiday... it was very challenging and no two workouts were the same. I look forward to coming back to BoBo Gym to train with Nikita again soon. Thank you.

This is a gym that is welcoming to all, very focused, and very fun for any level. Sergei and Roman are especially great and they do whatever it takes to help you out so that you can be in great shape. The gym is a proper gym with no distractions and the people who go there are really cool even if you are new (and in my case, foreign). I have gone to gyms all over the world and this is truly my favorite because it wants to help people get in shape, it is fun, and the whole staff is caring, smart, and ready for any challenge.

Could not tell about the boxing as I don’t box. The Crossfit area is tiny yet large enough for two good coaches (Level 1 and Level 2) to give you a good sweat in a friendly atmosphere. Not the largest CF gym in Moscow for sure but very convenient if you are in the hyper-centre of the city.

Did two Olympic lifting classes this weekend with Sergei Stepanov. 👍🏼👍🏼Despite a slight language barrier learned tonnes. An excellent and friendly coach! Just wish I could have bought the T-shirt as a souvenir but was told not possible by the shop manager. Oh well.

The staff is very friendly and they will give you a workout you won’t soon forget. Ask for Roman.
