Score zero. Within a month, she came three times to pick up the parcel they had, but they could not find it, since the car had allegedly not yet been unloaded. Then when they finally unloaded it, they sent my parcel back. As they explained to me, I did not come for her for a whole month. P ... Ts. There are no other words. As a result, I gave them 3500. I wrote an application for the return of the parcel. No answer, no hello.

If you could put 0, then perhaps this post office would deserve it. For a year now I have been forced to receive parcels in this department. I am forced to write because most orders from aliexpress are sent to the post office, otherwise I would never have used their services again. The lines are always there, 8-10 people - this is a standard situation. Instead of 3 x operators, one works. Moreover, it is clear that this is not the only person in the post office, the rest consider it below their dignity to do their job. Examples of rudeness mass. So, at the request to invite another operator, I was offered to work as an operator myself. Another time, they asked why it was that we all went to the post office if we were unhappy with the level of service. If it is possible to choose another post office, it is better there. They don’t like to work in this department.
