Horrible office. Operators work in no hurry. Today we stopped in the morning to get a parcel, and left with nothing. A queue of 9 people accumulated, they asked to invite a second operator, so that at least they would deliver parcels without payment, but no one would even leave. I had to leave.

VORA !!!!! I order Ali for every little thing! For two years now, that without the track does not reach at all !!! More precisely, it comes to the department, you go for the parcel and it was already allegedly thrown into the box ... Today came, they said everything laid out in boxes! Never in my life they put me in a box !!! (although I put a special lock on it) And I get only 3 out of 10 posts !!! I called in a single mail service, said the problem, they said there is nothing to help, because such a trifle is not even entered into the database! Only a refund for ali to ask and that's all! Ugods and thieves! What would you all was empty !!

Such a feeling, I returned to the USSR! For each of us "standing in line" of three people, operators spend 15-20 minutes. It turns out that you stand in line for 45 minutes. To send two registered letters !!! The 21st century is in the courtyard, and it still works by hand! DO NOT RECOMMEND! 🌟

To check on the package I thought I’ll call and find out, yeah, it wasn’t there 40 minutes of calls and all this without successfully not picking up the phone, I stood in the queue for an hour and then I received the package. Moreover, one operator is working and the second window is closed although employees are sitting there and are not doing anything. Mail horror would be able to change mail. Not recommend!!!!!!!
