Terrible and slow service. Computers always slow down, and with them employees. You wait for the parcel for 20 minutes ... Better spend your money on paid shipping than ordering here ...

In this post office the most terrible, irresponsible employees work! For three weeks, once a week, I went to check the parcel by tracker, by name, by name! Answered, and pretended that they checked how it turned out and said that there was not in the post office. SMS came to go to the post office and pick up the parcel, well, I probably approached after 2 days, and at the counter this incomprehensible, fat aunt answers me that she sent her back !!!! and as it turned out my package lay in the office MONTH !!!!! I began to understand why this is happening, and she ignoring me, interrupting me, shouting, calling the next client !! Conclusion: +1 a wretched department with wretched employees !!!!!

To be honest, I'm sorry that sometimes you have to come here. To put it mildly, no atmosphere. Everything is old, shabby, dirty. The Pochtabanka counter is a separate conversation. Who ever goes there ???? Workers are constantly annoyed and rude in communication. No good afternoon, thank you, and please. Queues appear from scratch. Logistics is absent as a concept in principle. This applies to the work of the branch and the work of the Russian post office as a whole. Parcels from other countries reach the Moscow terminal in three to four days, and then simply disappear into oblivion ... I will not use the services of this institution anymore.

They brought the parcel, put it on top of the mailboxes, although I had to get it for painting. Further more. The package was opened and there was no one item. Also, when visiting mail is always a queue. For such a crowded area, you can change the hours. Many branches work from 8, others to 19. One can somehow make the schedule more convenient for working people. All who work all week going on Saturday. That's when there and not overflow. Watch in line.
