I received a parcel here the other day, tuned in for a long queue, a long filling of papers and a cold reception. It turned out that the queue of five people in front of me ended after 7 minutes (I noticed), the paper can be filled out in a couple of minutes on the site, which the operator Olga kindly helped me (patronymic, unfortunately, could not see the badge). I was very pleased.
