Spartak

Spartak Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Novosibirsk, Russia. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of FC Novosibirsk. The stadium holds 12,500 people.

Random place to play a pickup game of football (soccer) with some locals of an evening. Surrounded by Soviet era spotlights that look like they were used in the launching of Sputnik, this place is very, very Novosibirsk.

good classic stadium right in the center of the city, arena itself is regularly maintained as there are soccer matches and practice usually performing during warm season. however neither running track nor football field are freely accessable for citizens since 2000s, moreover rest of the facilities are pretty old and haven't been renovated since USSR period. basketball court been occupied with car parking, same as small field, which partially used as carting attraction in summer currently and skating field in winter

Ice isn't too smooth, the last time I was there, there were cracks. A little risky if you're an amateur skater like me.
