Sheremetyevo - A.S. Pushkin international airport

Great airport. Spacious and modern you can find everything you need. Even you can do a Covid-19 test in just 90 minutes with certificate on Russian and English languages. One of the best airport I've been to.

No support from the administration while missing an Airfrance flight due to an Aeroflot flight delay of 3 hours. The woman didn't want to speak in English because of the presence of Russian citizens and clearly refused to talk to me in English or even in Russian while my Russian language was quite understandable based on the people around me. She did recommend some other flights 2 days later and put the pressure on us to decide quick because it was "our fault" and our tickets would not be exchangeable after a short time. Moreover, another reason of this delay was that we had to wait 30min in the parked plane because of a lack of the availability of stairs... It's very shameful for such a big airport and brought us to miss our next flight and caused us much more expenses... I'm still looking for a skillful service in this airport or aircraft company who can help us with this unfair case.

Terminal B is very convenient and well-organized. I like flying out of here.

Worst airport I have seen. Staff cannot speak and understand English! 😠 Oh Russians comeon.. Learn English. By the way the infrastructure is good.. Thanks to English sign boards.

Everything would be 5 stars if the COVID test would be served better.
