We were at the Medsoyuz game on June 22, 2018. I didn't like the way the banquet manager Dmitry behaved. Impolite, he was asked a question on pre-order - so he replied arrogantly that it was not him, but the waiters should be addressed. As a result, he was rude and turned around and left! Further in the hall itself. Terrible service, waiter didn't even bother to write down our order. She said that she already remembered everything. I'm shocked! As a result, we received the wrong order. Then we were served by various waiters, including a young man. Unfortunately, I don’t know the names - none of them introduced themselves. The waiter guy didn't count the change correctly. And when he brought the bill and took the money from me, he immediately asked if we needed change. I have never met such impudence at all! Then we reminded several times that not all the ordered tea was brought to us in teapots. All in all - disgusting service and incompetent staff. No more foot to you!

The complete lack of organization. I do not advise holding events. Extremely dissatisfied with the work of the Banquet Manager! mood is spoiled. The cuisine is delicious.
