Pulkovo Airport

it is modern and well equipped airport, overall experience is nice, however some facilities and areas are quite weird and looks anachronistic. personnel is good and helpful

Long , very long que at the border. No measurements were taking what so ever. No signs - could not find the transfer coridor, so had to come out and go through the security check again... Which wasnt very, exceptionally bad. Strange layout of the airport itself. Can be confusing I guess. Boarding once again was packed without any covid measures. Second time round... September 2020... Would avoid this airport at any cost. The international transfer point was closed( Saturday noon that is) with no sign or contact details for the right person. Ticket printing machines weren't working throughout the airport, ques everywhere!! No covid measures!!! Security area had not enough plastic boxes, so this created an extra queing not just to be searched but to get the box. Waiting on the bus before boarding ( in front of the airplane) for about 4-5 minutes.

Clean Organized Very modern Excellent security But overpriced Crazyyyy prices Ridiculous! However, staff are efficient and polite A great experience But stock up in the city not at the airport

the airport is very good. not far from anywhere in the city. polite staff, clean toilets, large duty free with lots of choice. You can buy water a hundred rubles, a good price when compared with other airports. a lot of places for sitting and relaxing. not like a shopping mall like some airports. many amenities for passengers. keep it up.

A nice modern airports, but queue were a bit longer than hoped.
