We visited this store several times and did not have a pleasant impression. Entering the department, sellers do not greet, they sit at the checkout. We asked to find out if there was the right shoe size, they answered with a taunt. They asked to see the availability in other departments, to which they heard a dissatisfied answer: "No, I cannot look." Complete disappointment. Comments are answered with rudeness. We arrived at the department on Gagarin, where the employees are adequate. All prompted and told. Request to deal with the collective at the Koltso shopping mall. With this attitude and such sellers, you are losing your customers. I will never want to go there again.
