For some unknown reason, instead of the usual delivery, I was forced to arrange EMS delivery, despite the fact that in the village of the recipient there was not even a courier service and still would have to go to the post office. Because I didn’t have time to sort it out. At the same time, a postal worker claimed that it was cheaper to issue through the Russian Post website than through a branch and what was my surprise when I went to the website and scored all the same parameters that were written in the receipts and (about bingo!) The price turned out to be same! Is this a new way to promote EMS delivery? Or incompetence of mail workers?

Registered letters, with and without notice, simple letters, any notices, even from the police and the court, are not delivered to addresses at all. Claims are rudely answered so that they come to the department and find out about the incoming correspondence themselves. There are few postmen, everyone is sick, a pandemic and other heresy for excuses. It got to the point that they told me: "I don't like it, come to work as a postman and carry it yourself." The attitude towards customers is such that it creates the feeling that this is not a mail for the population, but a population for the mail. This is about post office 87 on Geodesicheskaya 23.

We stopped notifying about the arrival of parcels. One has already gone back.
