The situation is just a fairy tale, he married a beauty, and six months later she turned into a toad. 2. The bank sends a notification that on the 5th day the funds will be debited for the online cash desk. I am writing in support, I ask you to cancel the cash desk service, I receive confirmation that it is possible and the application for suspension, did not have time to print the application, the funds were debited. It was November 1, why 4 days before the write-off date was written off, there is no answer. If you want to return the money, write the paper. The bank first does what it wants, and then you have to try through thorns to clean up a bunch of problems, arranged out of the blue by a commercial structure, to which you pay money for the absence of problems. 3. I arrive at a gas station, the tank is empty. I insert the card, but I have a refusal to operate. Angry I get into the car, write in support, and they tell me to wait: I'm waiting for the operator to be free, after the operator connected to the chat, he asked me to wait 15 minutes !!!! But 10 minutes passed and I was asked to wait another 30 minutes, without giving any reason. In general, a terrible bank, you cannot trust it. If you want to open an account, look for another bank.
