Alfa-bank, ATM

Good afternoon, everyone, they purchased an alpha travel premium card in this bank a year ago, they used it until they encountered a problem that they simply ignored us for a day and say they wait until the flight is less than 24 hours. The essence of the problem: when this card was purchased, a bank employee assured that the privilege of this card is that we can return tickets purchased with it and receive a refund by miles, now that we have this problem, we can’t even return ticket hand over, write an appeal, they write to us that the ticket is non-refundable, we attached all the screenshots and everything that is needed where it is written in black and white that the tickets are to be returned, now we are "mumbled" (I can’t call it another way) for more 24 hours, explaining that our application was redirected to the management, but before departure it is already less than 24 hours, terrible service, so that you get a card from them they will do everything, but nothing to solve the problem !!! What does it mean when they contact Alfa Bank that they send you to Alfa Travel, they say it's another office, call there, find out everything there, call there overloading all applications through the site, something else, but it will get through, but that's the point. Below we attach screenshots that the tickets are returnable, but for some reason the Alpha Travel employee tells us that they are not returnable. Sheer cheating and I don’t even know what to call it, horror. Where possible, write a review in order to solve our problem.

In my opinion, it makes you wait for your customers, despite the fact that out of 12 windows only 2 work, the top of rudeness and disrespect !!! Disgusting service !!! To just get a card killed in your institution an hour !!! Whole hour !!! however, the procedure itself took only 5 minutes !!! I strongly recommend that you deal with this mess! Bank with one of the best customer services. At the height of even the application (although usually the applications of banks leave much to be desired - or inconvenient to use or tupit the program). Queues are not big - it's good that there are enough operators (in contrast to, for example, VTB or Sberbank). Specialists are very polite and helpful. It's always nice to visit Alfa Bank, in general - 5 stars)))
