Usperovich did not know about it. I opened an account with another bank. Today, March 16, I needed to open an SKROU account and put money on it, I sat for 58 minutes again and only then found out that the program did not work, the same consultant did not know about it. The hall administrator apparently does not inform the consultants. I think she has no place in such a bank

In general, I like VTB .. Serving as a physical. For more than a year, a person has assessed the bank as positive. I did not find any minuses except for the mobile application .. And on a pleasant wave I decided to open the settlement one as IP. I have two current accounts, one in savings + acquiring from them (I don't like the fact that, at any request, the authorities write off from the account without warning) and Alpha (I was dizzy with acquiring for two months and an ATM cannot be found with fire during the day). I decided to move completely to VTB. A bank employee arrived, signed the documents .. and the Scribe started ... The next day, again, the same employee asks for a meeting because it is necessary to sign something else .. upon arrival, he shows my documents where the paste has disappeared from the painting (at least strange) but anything can happen signed again .. then an instruction comes to the mail on "taking by storm" of a personal account - for many it will not be easy! After an hour of trying to figure it out, I call the bank .. we come to the conclusion that I cannot enter the code word. It is recommended to call the hotline. There we again find out that I am not entering the code word correctly. Then they recommend going to the bank or picking up .. I honestly killed a couple of three hours to select a code word, I decide to go to the bank in the morning. In the morning I called the bank to find out if it would be possible to do everything at once, but the employee (Oksana) who initially opened the account did not answer. And I went to Lunocharsky 128. There is a problem with parking, but this is a common problem in any city center. I get to a specialist (I tell the quest) to which she calmly declares to me that they mixed up the number in the code word when they got the document. For my part, I ask you to give me the opportunity to resolve the whole issue on the spot or send me an employee to collect the certificate. To which they only answered NO, as if they did not know other words, such as “Sorry,” I didn’t even hear that. There is no desire to talk or they do not know how. I was completely disappointed by my visit to this department! I printed out the certificate and I will go to the bank again. If anything interesting I will add a review.

I would put minus ONE! They work like sleepy flies, and they don't take Pounds Sterling. They charge the highest commission for currency exchange !!! Bank DO NOT RECOMMEND!
