I arrived on this day in advance, as it happened, at 10-37. The salon has an operating mode from 10-00 to 21-00, but it was closed and there was no light at the reception. It looked as if there was nothing at all. I had to “kill” time in a nearby knitwear store, make a purchase for a sufficiently large amount, which was not part of my plans. She returned to the salon at 11-20 and again the doors were closed. I waited 20 minutes, calling on the salon numbers indicated on Biglion's website. But no one ever answered. Set off home, not salty slurping. And only two hours later they called me back with the question: "There was an incoming call from you. What did you want?" I even lost the power of speech. I wrote a claim to Biglion, the money for the coupon was returned. I will never contact this salon again, even if the master is as good as the lady from the phone said about this. Everything that is said in words and not confirmed in practice is empty. For 1.5-2 hours of his work, the master of the salon takes even 981 rubles for the coupon. For this money, I work 8 hours standing on my feet, without crouching. So you need to value each of your customers, because they pay you money for which you are "warm, bright", especially without straining, work. And you earn very well. But with your attitude towards customers, you will fly "into the pipe."
