Great book store.. the English section has well known books for both children and adults

There are many books for adults and children. Large stationery department. There is a children's toys department. I almost always find here what I could not find in other bookstores. Cleanliness and tidiness. Recommend!

Big store. Huge assortment. Literature for every taste. I like the atmosphere in the store and the smell of printing.

They prompted me to have a book on the phone, put it aside for me, and at the checkout I bought a bunch of magic little things (badges and postcards) for inexpensive. For the first time I was in this bookstore (not from Ekb) and everything suited me !!! The staff is cool - such helpful and smiling ladies = 0)

It was an iconic store for every citizen, it's a pity to see how it disappears, new, more competitive ones appear. The store is now in need of renovation and reorganization. The organization of spaces and inventory is reminiscent of unfinished renovations over the years. And after all, not so much money is required to return the title of the main bookstore. Space, light, wonderful staircases and granite floors - the potential is huge, it could be a museum shop, in any case, a historically important city object. It is strange that in such a large store there is not so much choice of books, at least the shelves with my interests have significantly thinned out - foreign languages, architecture and design. Hopefully your favorite store will come back!
