The same is with telephones and video cameras, and probably with all the goods, I write what kind of product I came across. When did you buy a video camera asked if it works? They answered me: pay for the purchase - we will check, but earlier we have no right. Strangely, in CSN And Svyaznoy you can check the goods before buying, but in Eldorado not. And the service in the Frigate is very lame, it seems that there were those who were expelled from school for poor academic performance. Not everyone is like that, but most! For the installment plan, they have bonuses that are not written off, in other Eldorado stores, bonuses are written off, and in the Frigate they have their own rules, then the seller, having dig deeper into the computer, decided to write off the bonuses, but instead of the prescribed 30%, it turned out a maximum of 20% says in installments it turns out that it is no longer possible ... Nice shopping mall. Not outstanding, but the Perekrestok supermarket is good, Eldorado is normal, and even in the basement you can sometimes find clothes for yourself (I often bought hats and suits for my son in Peplos).

Nice shopping complex, for me within walking distance. There is a grocery store Crossroads. In the basement there is a section for handicrafts / fabrics, children's clothing, toys, stationery, household and others.
