The attitude towards customers is disgusting! On May 11, we purchased a grill, related products for it, coal, a starter, brushes, blades, etc. A check for the purchase of more than 20,000 rubles. All on the advice of "professional" sellers. We arrived home and in the instructions for the grill, read that the rosary for cleaning the grids that we had been stuck with, does not fit! Cleaning her is contraindicated! On May 17, we arrived in Robinson, and with great difficulty (a bunch of statements, an inspection report, + a very long time!), We issued a refund. The amount of return, a little more than 500 rubles. In all stores and shopping centers, a return within 14 days is made immediately if the goods of the proper type have not been used. But not in Robinson !!! The meaning is this: after submitting the application, the accounting department should consider our request for a refund, think about it, call the customer (i.e. us!) And then decide whether to return our money to us !!! Wait a minute, today is May 30th! But no calls, no money to this day !! Conclusion: 100 times think what you are buying and whether you need it! ? Read all instructions and recommendations. Do not trust the opinions of sellers and their advice. I do not recommend .... 🤷‍♀️

Stopped in Robinson today. There is practically no choice for plants. And those that are - in an unsightly form. Prices are high enough for this time of year. Very sorry. Previously, I bought all my plants in Robinson, now there is no new assortment, and the prices are headlines. (((((

Nice shop, great bicycles, decent special clothes. But it is very difficult to get there if there is no car. Sellers are a bit boorish.
