Why organize an electronic queue at the windows for specialists if these same tickets are distributed not by a machine that fixes the real situation, but by a person who "distributes the load." As a result, of all the people who are waiting for coupons which are not there (the machine issues them when the specialist actually worked for the previous visitor). And on the server, there seems to be no one who wants to get to the IFTS specialists. So it turns out that, on the one hand, the state invests millions of money to track the actual state of affairs and make public services as accessible as possible, and on the other, local leaders bypass this system making it meaningless. It's sad ....
