In November I had to visit the hospital with my pet (toy terrier) on Krasniy Prospekt, where we were redirected from Kropotkin. It would seem a simple matter. It was necessary to remove the nail that was already hanging by a thread. At the same time, they offered to cut their nails. As a result, paws out! Unfortunately, it was not immediately discovered by me. The pet's sluggishness was attributed to something else. I drove to the branch on Kropotkin, where the therapist looked at us ... During the examination, my pet screamed strongly in pain ... They attributed it to stress and panic ... Then they stopped talking, apparently they got it right ... They refused to visit the surgeon so far (although she signed up) I will watch. Unfortunately, the clinic staff, upon repeated contact, did not respond to my explanations, did not apologize and did not offer anything. I will no longer apply to this veterinary clinic. Minus them !!!
