Hello! called the department today and what do you think ??? 42 times I dialed a number and no one ever answered me! interesting during calls that are busy they discuss the workflow ??? and during those that the beeps go, have a rest !!! ? why such a problem to get through? as if I’m calling for an appointment at the clinic from 7.30 ....

On phone calls do not answer, rude. Parcels are thrown, the handle is hurled if the one that stands writing stops, sit with displeased snouts every day. It's terrible.
