There were a couple of times on the summer roof terrace "Cosmos". The first time was on Sunday, there were few people and in this regard we were not deprived of the waitresses' attention and orders and drinks were brought quickly. Attentive and polite hookah man. We were satisfied and wanted to come again. But! The next time was on Friday and there were a lot of people, the waiters could not cope with the landing. Drinks waited almost 30 minutes. I'm going even more. The waiters confused the orders. I noticed that a couple of tables without waiting for the order left the veranda. We had patience and still waited for food. Delicious! Prices are in all cafes. Two dishes, two glasses of beer and dessert 1000r with a little. Not a bad interior. Sofas and chairs. Music. Dance floor. Hookah. Cashless. Parking. If necessary, throw out rugs and include special lamps for heating. The biggest plus of this place is a beautiful view of the city. Especially in the evening.

disgusting place, I do not advise anyone! especially for people under 25. If you look like students they won’t even suit you. but the company sitting next to it, which apparently looked like a "solvent client" was surrounded by attention. the waiter does not know the menu; he can’t tell anything. draft beer - they waited 10 minutes for one glass (ordered the second - a similar waiting time). Further, they ordered a dish — they didn’t add one of the ingredients, having learned from the waiter why this was so, they received the answer “I don’t know, I’ll ask the cook”. Then the waiter said "the cook recognized his cant" and that’s all. We did not receive any apologies from either the cook or the waiter. In general, I do not recommend this institution.

The place is becoming more decent and decent compared to earlier times. It can be seen that the cook is trying. And it even turns out. What was ordered last time - three different hot dishes - everything turned out to be tasty and beautiful. Cons turned out to be: the lack of barbecue, but this is a "porch"; the waitress’s obsession and the most important enduring MINUS are incomprehensibly addressed music. This is neither a club nor a lounge. In general, it is not clear what. Absolutely spineless Mouzon. And loud enough so as not to sit closer to the speakers. This is a long-term misfortune of this institution.

Summer terrace? It is a restaurant made on the roof to match the nostalgia. There is quite a bit of luck, but the stairs going up are far from that. It's a rather expensive restaurant ...
