There was one type of hot rolls, they took them themselves. It was not possible to check upon receipt - for this it would be necessary to break the thermal packaging. The loss was found only at home and the mood was completely ruined. They sent a claim and literally within 10 minutes they called us back. It was at this moment that the stars flew from two to at least four, because the operator not only apologized, but also offered two options for resolving the situation. We chose the one that was convenient for us and started tasting with the highest level of loyalty. It was delicious! I am glad that some of your competitors, with whom we have been cooperating for more than 4 years, did not have a roll with eel, loved by the whole family, and we decided to place an order at Sushkof! Now we are yours forever (well, or until your eel disappears in an unknown direction).

Had a vegetarian tasting session, it was delicious but not well organized. The portions were small, no one was full, but in the end the organizers had a lot of food, which they later gave to the photographers. Drinks and dishes were not provided. Long pauses between meals. But the questions were only liked / disliked, without gradation from 1 to 10, for example. I think the organizers would get more information if they did a more detailed survey. There was also a lack of information about the ingredients of the dishes. After tasting, I ordered pizza and rolls to go. Prepared in 15 minutes! I don’t know, thanks to or in spite of the fact that their order acceptance program did not work at that moment. The pizza was delicious, straight out of the oven, soft cheese stretching. And even the next day, warmed up, it was delicious. It looks like they began to use some other cheese than before, before that such an effect was not observed. And it's good that they stopped experimenting with sweet dough. In my opinion, this is completely inappropriate in pizza. I also really liked the Mango cake, indeed, with the taste of mango. In general, this time I was pleased with the order, although I came to the free tasting :) I also liked the work of the girl-administrator at the counter (unfortunately, I did not remember the name). Tries very hard to do my best for every customer. I would like to see a Roman vegetarian pizza on the menu: 4 cheese and / or margarita.
