Dear reader, I’ll immediately make a reservation that I set one of the three stars for the fact that the park, in general, was created. Another star for having arranged in it a playground, the only decent for the whole Zmievka. And the third star for paving asphalt paths where you can ride a bike. It is a pity that no one cleans these tracks in winter, they are all in ice and covered with snow. Zmievsky beautiful park is also contaminated with piles of garbage, apparently, irresponsible residents of Zmievka do not want to bring garbage to at least nearby garbage bins, and the administration did not bother to organize cleaning in the park at least once a week. Also, the minuses of this park include the fact that the playground is not cleaned in winter, there is no rubberized coating of the area that does not allow children to run through the mud and the ground to freeze, turning into bare ice, which is dangerous for children to play on. As a proposal for the administration of Zmievka: fill the ice rink in the center of the park, light it, put a small pavilion for changing clothes, let the children have joy and entertainment in the winter. Build when the snow falls, an ice slide from the snow, let the people have fun. And life will be brighter and richer, residents will not seek to leave to live in Oryol, and you will have healthy and strong taxpayers. Good luck, hospitable Zmievka!
