And then I bought sandals that seemed to be leather, and after two socks in the room they fidgeted strongly. I, like an honest Masha, went to the repair and tried to restore the "leather sandals", but I was "glad" there that there was only a smell of leather here, and the restoration would cost half the sandals and did not guarantee that they would not scratch again. It turned out that almost all sandals are made of a very thin artificial varnish, which is worth touching and scratches on it. The manufacturer, or representative, did not consider it necessary to warn about the use of such material in his product. And he almost misled me that I buy good-quality leather shoes. When I came to the store and announced this, the administrator began to prove that I was wrong and sent me for examination. After all, if the label says leather, then they have leather sandals, there can be no other way. As a result, after an oral examination (on Maxim Gorky, also be careful, the expert called them "regular customers", it is quite possible that they are in cahoots), it turned out that there really was only a leather strap. And suddenly they remembered about GOST, that a leather product may contain 3% leather and the label may indicate that the product is made of leather! They immediately refused to talk to me and began to refer to the official answer from the legal department in Moscow. Anything can happen, but you must always remain a competent specialist and a decent person, and not forget your words spoken the day before. And try to comply with consumer law. Well, I will have to go to court, because I did not expect such rudeness in the form of direct deception from this company, and then also the ornate and confusing actions of the administration! In general, in this store you should not blindly and happily buy the model you like, because it may turn out to be of poor quality, and then the administration will not go to meet you, but on the contrary will calmly send you to court.
