A branch in the city center, a huge room, a bunch of employees, and people take one person in 30 minutes. They go back and forth, talk on the phone and no one cares that people sit and wait for a card for hours. Issue the card for 10 minutes of business, and the waiting time is 2 hours. Terrible service and no customer focus😡

For such a large bank branch, this is a complete minus - there are a crowd of employees, and the queues are huge. I went as a corporate client to find out about refinancing in order to go to their bank, so they "kicked" me five times on different floors. As a result, it turned out that there are no adequate ghosts for corporate clients!

Today visited this office. Instead of greeting, the girl at the reception said, “Choose another office, waiting here for more than 1.5 hours.” I was surprised at the tone of the information that was presented. He was far from being unfriendly. I told her, thanks for the information, but I myself will decide which office to contact me. Not only that, she so harshly issued information, but even with me she began to discuss with her colleague that she wanted the best. And she answers her, "Well, he wants to sit, let him sit if there are no brains." VTB, where are you going? I myself worked in your bank, I have a good impression, and I advise you to my friends. But now I'm watching this! As a result, for more than 1.5 hours I did not wait my turn. And it's not about the employees, I myself know how the programs work. But such employees need to be cleaned, they only aggravate the situation, and do not try to resolve and smooth out when customers are outraged by the long wait

Good afternoon! Last week I came to the office in order to confirm my identity in the account of State Services. The operation itself was ultimately successful, with a couple of the following "buts": 1. Design lasted more than an hour. As it turned out, during this time, without my knowledge, I managed to get a credit card, a bank account (later I did biometrics), when I saw the card itself on the employee’s desk, they said that this was a prerequisite for confirming my identity on public services at VTB Bank. It would be a bad idea to call their support service directly from the office at the bank, therefore, as soon as I left the VTB office, I called the bank support service, as well as the State Service. As it turned out, the issuance of a card and an account at the bank was not a prerequisite (both according to VTB support service and State Service) to confirm the identity, although the staff explained to us several times that, it’s supposed to be so with us at the bank, and it’s necessary to have only account, passport and SNILS :) As a result - an unnecessary card was issued, an account was opened in a bank - an HOUR was spent! my personal time. Lying for a bonus for a card is ugly. 2. After opening an account with VTB Bank for a week, OTHER banks began to call me (if I am not mistaken, partners), with offers on loans, credit cards and other products - Alpha, Tinkoff. Why's that? This has never happened before. Why is my data now freely disclosed and walk around the banks? I didn’t set the QTY just because verification was finally carried out, and for the courtesy of the staff. thank
