I ordered aluminum cliches for hot prints (blind embossing) from this company for several years, and with each new cliche, the depth of the pattern was reduced until the cliches became conditionally inoperative and then completely inapplicable for embossing, since the base of the cliche also began to touch the material which was stamped. At first he tried to build a dialogue, he returned the cliche made and spoiled material for analysis, but nothing happened. And the last time I was simply asked not to order here anymore. Well, I won’t.
