Terrible! I broke, by accident, a glass jar of syrup for 40 rubles. Was with two children, a stroller and a small child 4 years old. They made me pay, made such a fuss, said that they would deduct it from their salary (I remind you, 40 rubles) and that she also had 2 children, etc. They brought me to tears. For the first time in my life I came across other goods in the store and it was stressful for me. No more foot in this store. Although I went to it almost every day and always bought not for 5 rubles, there is probably more money on the bonus card. The money was returned, but the residue remained.
