I reminded them that I came to dry cleaning by appointment, I was told that everything was taken, I told them again that I had been recorded and determined for half an hour, they looked at the car, added a price for the floor of the car, I inquired about washing the engine, because I did that before, I decided for one thing and wash it. But I first asked about the engine that there would be no problem later? I was assured that everything will be fine, but no, it all just began! The whole circus was on. I was told that the car would be ready in the morning. I left them cars and keys, although I was very doubtful whether to leave them or not, the appearance of the workers was not very painful, we are not representative, it seemed that they were walking a month at the wedding. Well, in general, I call the next day to them, at about ten o'clock, I thought that everything was ready, because I saw on my phone, in the Starline program, that the car was turned on 12 times a night, why I don’t understand, they burned my fuel. My call was answered that it was not ready yet. After half an hour they called me back and said that I could take it. I come. I looked and saw, the most important thing that I wanted to do was the ceiling, everything remained the same, only stains were added, naturally, the engine and the floor were not touched at all. I was naturally upset, told them to wash. He asked what time it was ready, they said at one o'clock in the afternoon. I come at one o'clock in the afternoon, I didn’t see where it was, the floor was muddy, the cabin was littered with smudges, and the instrument panel was also full, the liquid they washed was all that flowed and they didn’t manage to wipe everything. As a result, they tell me that they are not ready yet. They told me they will call, how everything will end. They called me after three o'clock in the afternoon. I come and see a picture: the ceiling is stained, the floor is washed, but still stained and peeping, the plastic in the cabin is completely filled. Yes, chyut did not forget to give me the rugs, well checked. I left them, it was Sunday, 500 meters from the house. The next day, on Monday, I went to work, 6 km from home. In the evening I was leaving work, the car had been parked, and then it began: zatroilo, turnovers began to swim, everything became worse and worse. I decided to call on the service station Takeoff, on Herzen. The master looked and concluded that water in the candle wells, one candle burned and two coils, I gave 8500 for all this. I was told that I was lucky, because 6-cylinder engine, there is a second row of candles in the inside, and I had a problem with the outside, so it would have turned out even more expensive. After them, I had to call on the service station for gas equipment, there, too, I got about 4,000 rubles. In general, such a picture turned out, now I will never go to them in my life, and I would not even put a star for evaluation. I hope that the director will see my review and take action. It all happened on the May holidays.
