Recently I moved to Vesennyi microdistrict from Ust-Kamenogorsk, to a permanent place of residence. The Vesenny microdistrict is a Paradise Corner in comparison with Ust-Kamenogorsk, it has very clean air, there is a forest, a river nearby, there is a whole traffic intersection, you can get to the city center by train in 15 minutes, buses and minibuses also go to any point of the city. No matter how much I regret buying an apartment here. Microdistrict "Spring" is the Dream of my life !!! Buy Real Estate in the "Spring" neighborhood, and you will not regret it !!!
