I like the menu. There is karaoke too. The New Year's corporate party was good, there was a little lack of variety in the music program, but here, as they say, the choice was up to the guests. I liked the situation.

I liked the establishment, very cozy and comfortable, the prices are reasonable, the service is excellent. We ordered a corporate party, made it in the best possible way. The barbecue is just fly away, the portions are large. What is also important is the cleanliness of the rooms and decoration. Although the waitress was alone, she coped with everything, friendly and very nice. In general, I liked everything, thank you very much for the warm welcome to the Grand Ural restaurant, we will definitely come again :) !!!!

The place is beautiful, cozy, but the attitude of the staff is disgusting. The products that we brought ourselves (vegetables, fruit, drinks) were not tolerated until the last, and if taken out, then in a smaller quantity than we brought. And I had to watch them all the time. Also we paid additional services (karaoke, music equipment), which we were forbidden to use. Argumenting that the equipment is expensive. Why then provide a service that can not be used? Staff went with disgruntled faces and constantly harassed visitors! And also on this day in the restaurant three events were held, but only one cook and two waiter worked for all the halls. As a consequence, a lot of dirty dishes on the tables and the delay in serving dishes. The hot food was delayed for an hour, arguing this: "We did not agree on the time of filing hot one." Although two hours before the banquet, we all discussed with the leadership. During the banquet one of the toilets decided to suddenly start repairing. Also it is asked how people from three actions should visit ONE toilet? The decoration of the halls is beautiful, but the staff should be changed and increased. Do not recommend visiting this institution!
