I visited this medical institution twice: a few years ago (I do not remember exactly) and this year, at the end of spring. For the first time our "contact" was limited to a conversation with the administrator, and this year I signed up for a consultation with a specialist. Pay had a fairly modest amount - more than 200-hundred, but less than 400-hundred rubles. More precisely I do not remember. The therapist examined my mouth (as dentists usually do), sent it to X-ray and, after obtaining an X-ray, briefly explained what the position is with one of my teeth on the right side of the lower jaw. At the same time I reported what the treatment would cost if I went to them at Ursula. As the amount loomed large, the doctor, considering my financial condition, recommended referring to municipal medicine, which I subsequently did. I think that I did the right thing by coming to this clinic. Still, I consulted with a specialist - in the district clinic such a conversation with a doctor for me would then be impossible. "Municipal medicine" is not always located in a dialogue with the patient, and when the service is offered in paid order, then, naturally, the patient is listened to. If there is a critical situation (during the holidays I had a toothache), then it remains only to resort to paid treatment. In May, I did so, slightly cured for money (but not in this clinic), and then went to the municipal office, though, having replaced - not without some effort - the attending physician. In a word, you can make claims to private medicine as much as you like, there is little use for it. We must somehow maneuver. As for this institution, it is technically equipped well enough. The interior is comfortable and looks quite aesthetically pleasing, the staff is attentive and hospitable. And the prices are about the same as in other clinics of the same category.

Ursula positions itself as an elite dentistry, but from the elite there are only prices that do not equal the quality of the treatment. They removed a tooth that I didn’t need to remove, I didn’t solve the problem, but insisted on cleaning and taking a picture (which By the way, they really couldn’t say anything). Dear dentists of Ursula, I really hope that the doctors who will treat you will turn out to be as money-hungry "professionals" as you are.

Very polite, clean, bright dentistry. They immediately report where the insured event is and where not. Then accepted to treat already, if the client agrees.
