What to do if I started to get paranoid that the clinic had lost the MRI scan earlier - and gave me NOT MY tomogram already then, but issued a similar one instead of my lost one? Is it worth trying to undergo an MRI again in the same place where it has already been lost (and / or confused) - or do not care about the chaos of the Health 365 clinic, return the money, and make an MRI scan at another, bona fide clinic (hmm ... it's not a fact that there are still such clinics)? 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ ---- Chaos in Health 365: the doctor ordering the study was unable to obtain a tomogram from a branch clinic in a nearby area. Employees are unable to create an electronic patient record immediately at the initial visit. Therefore, the doctor, with an apology, writes his secret writing on the form with a pen. As a result, the referral by the doctor of the patient to the branch of the clinic on Belinsky for an MRI scan is not displayed in the clinic's document management system. Accordingly, when undergoing an expensive MRI scan at the branch of the clinic on Belinsky, neither instructions nor a disc with a tomogram are given to the patient, the result itself is not tied to the medical history. If the patient who paid for the MRI tells the tomographer that the MRI was done in the direction of V.A.Zagorodnev, and the tomogram should be sent for consultation to the branch at Kuznechnaya - then, since this information was communicated orally, then this is rather stupid on the part of the patient and it is useless: after all, a specialist would have to think about it, or know the algorithm of how to enter information into the system. As a result, since neither the tomogram file nor the DVD was given to the patient, then during the patient's next visit, Doctor Zagorodnev apologizes that he cannot conduct a newly paid consultation. Of course: the fact that the consultation was paid for does not oblige you to anything, because the tomogram file required for consultation remains in the branch on Belinsky - and without it, consultation on the results of an MRI is impossible. And since the results of diagnostics are not entered in the history of the disease, then the patient can be given any similar one. At least, when requesting a duplicate MRI, they could not give me a copy, citing problems. Digitalization, processing, and document flow in the Health 365 clinic: the "chaos" level. 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ ---- December 9, 2019 The clinic is good, big, there is parking for cyclists. But this clinic is paid, even if you have a compulsory medical insurance policy.

We are not from Yekaterinburg, I visited Telnova L.N twice and both times my problems, which I could not solve during the year in Magnitogorsk, were resolved immediately, this is an excellent doctor who was delayed because of me after work when I was the first since I hadn’t made an appointment with her, but I got an appointment with the head of the department and he arranged everywhere for an examination, ultrasound and endoscopy, to me, unexpectedly for me, they burned a tumor in my stomach with which I solved the problem for a year, and that's it it turned out the first time, a year later, she, already, removed the tumor already in the intestine e, which was also unexpected, thanks to her for her responsiveness and experience. I would also like to thank Andrei Viktorovich Babenkov, a urologist, who timely discovered a serious diagnosis in her husband, having prescribed analysis, examinations and treatment in time, and supervised us by e-mail. Thanks to these doctors, I believe that the clinic is very good, there is something to compare both the service and the doctors with, and I advise everyone who has health problems to use this particular clinic !!!

Two points only for external beauty and equipment. The quality of medical care is negative. Confirmed many times by the sad experience of my and relatives. The doctors are different, the result is one, deplorable. Just one example. The gynecologist almost sent me to the next world, after her help, she lost a lot of blood and was urgently operated on at night without anesthesia, they didn’t have it. There they told me that two arteries were cut, of which blood was fountain. The 365 health was afraid of the unprofessionalism of a doctor. Well, the remaining examples are not much better. Not a foot there anymore.

There is no feedback on the site for reviews, so I write here. At first they treated the child in the clinic .... their pediatricians did not pursue the goal of curing, as it turned out ... but they pursued the goal of stripping as much money as possible, they did not find the problem, they did not prescribe a sensible treatment, but they regularly reminded of the repeated visits. The same thing with his wife, the doctor did not prescribe antibiotics for sinusitis, and launched the disease, the result is very sad
