There are 2 changing rooms (for women and men), each with its own locker. The hall itself is small, but it has everything. And an ellipsoid, and a bicycle, exercise machines for arms, legs, even a treadmill! Very cool! I think that in such a gym you can not only undergo rehabilitation, but also fully engage in sports. But that's not all! When the workout ends, you can go to the infrared sauna, where a few more sweats will come off you)) Well, after such physical exertion, everyone needs to wash, and for this there is a shower, which simply cannot but please! I have never regretted that I went here for my rehabilitation!
