I booked a car about half a month before arrival, chose the company on the recommendation of a friend, he already used the rental of this company. There was no need to make an advance payment for the reservation. Phoned again before arrival, at the appointed time took the car Kia Rio. I took a cheaper option, with mileage, so that there was less responsibility for the car. I read the contract very carefully, probably an hour, maybe longer, I tired the employee a little, as it was already getting dark. There were questions on points, about which the manager asked to tell in detail. Well, for example, the cost of a car was estimated at 700tr, but the new Kia Rio was worth a lot at that time, changed to 500tr. Because there is a point where, when a rental car is stolen, along with documents, the renter pays the full amount for this car. A few more points were alarming, but the manager was able to explain their necessity or expediency. When it was raining, I tried to carefully examine the car for scratches, since there is a clause in the contract that if there is a scratch, funds for painting can be withheld. So I did not notice a scratch on the hood, I found it only after, when the raindrops dried up. I didn’t call, but put off “pleasant” for last 😁. A week later it became known that there was no need to use the car for a month, I called and warned that I would return it exactly on the tenth day of the lease. The contract provides for a fine for renting a car ahead of time, but they did not take a fine from me and immediately returned the entire balance along with the deposit (in the contract, 2tr remain in the office for 10 days, in case traffic fines are paid). For which I am, of course, very grateful. And the scratch on the hood was also Mutually recognized as already existing before me, so there were no problems with the change and refund. Pros: 1. Loyalty to customers 2. Prices are lower than competitors 3. No prepayment for the reservation Minuses: 1. The air conditioner worked poorly on the Kia Rio, but I did not begin to file a claim during the lease, I spoke about this problem only when I returned the car, they promised to refuel, so the next client should have better luck, although autumn is just around the corner. Conclusion: I recommend this rental to everyone who is looking for a car for rent in Novosibirsk, I myself, if the need arises, will also definitely turn here.
