After 10 minutes of waiting, the girl from the solution entered into booth 13, tell the consultant working with the client some interesting news, after she left, suddenly my number according to the ticket lights up on the booth display, which I was very surprised, because the consultant was apparently strong busy with a visitor who came before me, who calmly continued to sit and watch the work of the consultant, but just in case I went into the booth to find out what this could mean, to which the consultant Zakharova M. rudely ordered me to go out and wait for her personal invitation. Then, after 10-15 minutes of waiting under the doors of the booth, when the visitor began to collect his things, suddenly my ticket number on the display went out and a new one followed. This "customer-oriented behavior" angered me, and stopping the next visitors who came after me, I went into the booth to clarify this precedent, to which the consultant informed me that I dictated it out loud with the same number as mine, she didn’t , to my comment that she reset it herself, M. Zakharova nevertheless agreed to consult me ​​on my issue. As a result, I received the consultation I was interested in in full, but I really didn’t like the service process itself.
